Earlier in 2009 Chris Brown was charged with assaulting Rihanna over what was believed to be a string of messages that held the sexual secrets of Chris Brown and his former flame. And it all went down before the night of the big 2009 Grammy Awards!

While Rihanna had a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order placed against him by the police, tension rose between the two in the lead up to court proceedings. Well, obviously... two HUGE celebrities in the limelight and now it came down to who was speaking the truth and who was talking s*#@! 

While Chris Brown was found guilty, it seems the incident has resurfaced thanks to Oprah Interviewing Rihanna on her new, OWN Network. And...in shock revelations Rihanna confessed that he is back in her life. Do they want each other back in each others lives? They have been caught partying together in the same clubs throughout the year! And sneaking into each others hotel rooms hmm...

Rihanna sheds light on the abuse she suffered, but in doing so tries to aim the story towards Chris not being the person everyone thinks he is. Get real! Move on Rihanna, it's been three years and I think we've all heard it!

Now, at age 24, she spills the dirt.... once again!

Rihanna said:  'I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help and who's going to help him? Nobody's going to say he needs help ... everybody's going to say he's a monster without looking at the source'. Well hold on a minute, didn't YOU pound the alarm and file assault? Sounds like you're trying to defame his re-established success?

And then she went further... 'I lost my best friend ... I had to deal with that, and it's not easy for me to understand or interpret'.

Let's be honest – how confused would you be if you were Chris Brown? You'd be baffled! While Chris isn't going to respond to Rihanna's latest confessions, he is thinking it's best not to bring that up so everyone can move forward.

Both Chris and Rihanna have spoken, and while he has a girlfriend, it's hard for each other to remain apart.
